COVA is committed to increasing membership, quality of service and community partnerships both local and statewide. COVA recognizes the need for more effective practices and efficient infrastructures that support volunteerism. COVA seeks to provide resources to volunteer administrators and volunteers to help address current trends in volunteering and community needs.
